Terms and Conditions for Dubai Offices
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Dubai Offices. By using our services, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Membership
2.1 Customers can sign up for various membership options, including but not limited to flexible workspaces and meeting rooms.
2.2 All membership options are subject to availability and may change at any time.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment for membership and additional services must be made prior to the delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Customers are responsible for timely payment of all amounts due.
4. Cancellation and Termination
4.1 Customers can cancel their membership at any time in writing with a notice period of 30 days.
4.2 Dubai Offices reserves the right to terminate memberships in case of violation of these terms.
5. Use of the Space
5.1 Customers must use the rented spaces in a clean and orderly manner.
5.2 It is prohibited to make changes to the spaces without the permission of Dubai Offices or to use them for inappropriate purposes.
6. Liability
6.1 Dubai Offices is not liable for damage or loss of customers’ property.
6.2 Customers are responsible for their own belongings and should take out appropriate insurance if necessary.
7. Governing Law
These general terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Dubai.
8. Virtual Offices and Business Setup
8.1 Customers utilizing our virtual office services must adhere to the government guidelines of Dubai, including registration requirements and permits for business operations.
8.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their business activities comply with local laws and regulations.
8.3 Dubai Offices provides support and advice for setting up a business in Dubai, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the customer.
House Rules for Dubai Offices
1. General Behavior
1.1 Customers and visitors must treat each other with respect and ensure a professional environment.
1.2 Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior is not allowed.
2. Use of Spaces
2.1 Customers are responsible for keeping their workspace and shared areas clean.
2.2 The use of mobile phones in shared spaces must be done in a manner that does not disturb other customers.
3. Visitors
3.1 Visitors must register at the reception and may only enter designated areas.
3.2 Customers are responsible for their visitors and must ensure that they adhere to the house rules.
4. Safety
4.1 Customers must follow the safety procedures of Dubai Offices and keep fire and emergency exits clear.
4.2 Suspicious activities or behaviors must be reported to the staff immediately.
5. Alcohol and Drugs
5.1 The use of alcohol or drugs is not permitted on the premises of Dubai Offices.
5.2 Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
6. Reservations
6.1 Customers must reserve meeting rooms and other facilities in advance.
6.2 Cancellations of reservations must be made in a timely manner according to the applicable terms.
